Reform to the ECPA: The NSA and other information gathering groups require a warrent

Created by P.B. on February 11, 2014

The Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA). which was written in 1986, and long before Gmail and Facebook, allows the seizing of e-mail and other digital communications without a warrant.

We are deeply concerned about NSA surveillance, everybody would like to keep their browsing history and emails private. Im sure even the people in the Obama Administration would be a a little upset if people got into their emails or search histories, without a warrant at least.

Sometimes you don't need to see everything (that's why we close the door when we use the bathroom) our email, and browser history belong to us and we do not concent to a search. Please allow us our electronic Fourth Amendment
