Reform education by raising standards and specializing at an earlier level

In this country, children are taught a wide range of subjects, from sciences such as physics and chemistry, and American and European literature. this shouldn't be so. They are taught at a substandard level, with the goal of getting more students to graduate. This is an atrocity and must be stopped!
In many countries, ones far ahead of us in actual intelligence, students are taught in the same manner as above, but only to a certain age. Beyond that age, they're given practical information, both for their future employment, and daily living.
Also, if a student fails, it's their fault for not working hard enough. We routinely lower the standards we hold our students to in order to keep our graduating numbers up, creating less intelligent students every year! Stop taking OK! DEMAND GREAT!!!!
