Reform the Education System and reduce the reliance of Standardized Testing

Over time, I believe we have all noticed that the education system has come to rely on standardized testing as a means of "teaching" students in schools. This system does nothing more than show children how to cheat and memorize and become uniform. It reprimands creativity and individualism, and it berates students with inane facts that they will use in whatever job or situation that they are stuck in, not what they could be doing or dreamed to be doing. This system makes it hard for people to become good teachers, and it makes it harder for children to become all the great leaders and models that will be need in the world one or two generations later on. By suppressing and limiting their potential, we're only digging a deeper whole for them (and us, and their kids) to get out of.
