Reform the Education System: Quality Over Quantity

Education should be solely based on quality over quantity. If the new generation already knows what they wish to pursue at an early age, what can't they pursue it?
The Education System works as an over stressful world. Too much information is being shoved down students' throats in a short amount of time. Not only do I endorse quality over quantity teaching, I always endorse more freedoms. From kindergarten to high school, the lives of our children are dictated by the government. Some information that they learn is entirely useless and may only need to use such things if they become teachers themselves which is unlikely since only 2% of the U.S's population are teachers. Student really only need to know how to read, write, and do general mathematics. From then on out they should choose.
