A petition to reform the educational system as it pertains to art- so that teachers are not required to teach from the state's educational standards, but instead will tutor the class in what they want to learn either as a group or individually. The teacher's role will be as an administrator of a creative forum, watching over, providing feedback and encouragement, but allowing students to grow in their own creativity.
