Allow students to ask/collaborate with other students, teachers, adults, adults and others on all assignments, including tests.
Allow the use of computers and books on everything.
At the beginning of every year, require students to take a test that covers all subjects and places them into one of five educational rankings per class (very below average, below average, average, above average, very above average).
Use above rankings to assign a student's schedule such as Period one: VAB Social Studies, Period two: BA math, etc
Have teachers know/teach one subject only.
Make teachers experts in their fields, not just reading out of a book.
Have year-round-school with 2 week breaks at equal increments throughout the year.
Disperse more technology grants.
Promote the cross-curriculum.
