Steps to reform elections in America:
1. Redistribute electoral votes per state to more equitable level. This eliminates the ability to carry an election by winning only select states. Thus giving all a say in their vote.
2. Require debates with all candidates not just the two major parties. Each candidate must be allowed equal time to answer the question. A panel of moderators chosen to represent parties.
3. Primaries must offer a choice of a minimum of two candidates for each party running thus giving the people of a party the ability to support the party yet disagree with an incumbent if they feel someone else would represent them better.
4. State and Local Elections should be held either before or after the presidential election thus cutting poll lines and simplifying the process.
