Establish a national election policy standardizing all elections with regard to rules, hours & requirements, thus eliminating long voting lines, random opening and/or closing of polling places, mail-in rules, absentee ballots. This will give every Secretary of State a clear mandate as to how elections will be run thus eliminating the wide variety of rules that are being applied currently.
