Enforce the will of the people by: 1. Eliminating the Electoral College and relying on the popular vote, 2. Switching to paper ballots across the country, 3. Declaring Election Day a Federal Holiday or changed to a weekend day, and 4. giving back all citizens, regardless of criminal history, their right to vote across the United States.
