Reform the Election process by eliminating the Electoral College.

The Electoral College is an antiquated and out-dated method of Election. With the technology of today and what technology will be in the future we no longer need the Electoral College. With the aid of the internet and electronic voting in almost every single state in this country the popular vote should be the only vote that matters. Most non-voters choose not to vote because they believe that their vote doesn't matter. Unfortunately this notion has come to be a practical reality because of the Electoral College, which does not always follow the popular vote of a state. By dis-continuing and eliminating the Electoral College voter turn out would increase when citizens of the United States of America realize that every single vote counts. The U.S. needs to get with the times!
