Reform the election voting system so that Congress can more effectively represent We the People.

1. Eliminate electoral college and use popular vote to decide the President.
2. Eliminate gerrymandering. Allow Americans to vote for any Congressmen from anywhere in the USA. Americans must still vote for Congressmen from within their districts.
3. Change President's two 4 year terms to 1 full 8 year term.
4. Allow Americans to recall President and Congressmen if they feel they are not doing a good job.
5. Give Americans the option of verifying their votes either by mails or on the web site. If using web site voter ID must be used for privacy purpose.
6. The election system is very old and outdated. We have advanced technology. Set up secured web site for voting and recall. Allow Americans to vote and recall from home. Allow Americans to use web site to correspond with Congressmen if poss
