This petition will attempt to rid of the electoral system of voting and put into place a popular voting system in order to provide an equal and safer vote for all american citizens towards the selection of their government officials. The petition also provides a method of counting the popular vote much more safely to avoid the rigging of elections. A paper based ballot will be put into function and will be counted by the residents of an area in their own voting centers. This would eliminate the need for a middle man and a third part in order to cast one's vote for the government official of their choosing.
