reform the electoral college to outlaw the "all or nothing" clause.

Created by R.C. on November 13, 2012

In the state of CA, thousands of votes went unrepresented in the presidential election of 2012. As a result, the residents of California request that in order to secure proper representation of the People of the USA, the federal government take action and reform the electoral college laws such that the Votes from states are counted proportionally, in congruence with the states of Maine and Nebraska.
