Reform The Electoral College so that each State only has 1 Vote.

This would require each Candidate to win the popular vote in 26 States to win
the Election for Presidency.

This would allow each State to have the Same voice in the Election, and give
a better representation of the entire Nation as a whole.

Instead of a few Swing States Controlling the outcome, and Narrowing the
Demographic structure of our Nation's Agenda's.
