Reform the Electorial College so that the electors are no longer able to disregard the popular wishes of the inhabitence of the states.
The votes of the Electors would then be cast and counted based on the popular vote of the state. The Electors would no longer be allowed to vote as they wish as opposed to that which the states desire.
