Reform the electoral college so that the Presidential elect may be determined by plurality, not majority of votes.

Currently, a presidential candidate must receive a majority of electoral votes, 270 or more, to be elected. We wish this to be changed so that a candidate need only a plurality, or the most of all the candidates' votes, to be elected. This would allow for the election of third party candidates, something made difficult under the current system.
