It is time for the more Liberal Candidate for President to not be able to rack up huge margins in urban areas, and therefore easily win the Electoral College. Governor Romney won the majority of congressional districts in California, New York, and President Obama's home state of Illinois, to name a few. If electoral votes were awarded by congressional district, such as in Nebraska and Maine, then many people in rural, or simply non-urban areas would have a chance to truly decide who their next leader will be.
