The Environmental Protection Agency is a valuable and important department of government. We as citizens value clean air, clean water and support the protection of irreplaceable natural resources.
However, the EPA creates laws, policies and seizes land from States and citizens without congressional approval.
The EPA should not be allowed to seize land from States without oversight.
Lawmaking is the prerogative of the Legislative branch of government. The EPA must not be allowed to create new laws and regulations without approval from Congress.
