Reform the executive policies and regulations that prohibit the self defense rights of service members.

Created by J.C. on July 17, 2015

Reform federal regulations and policies that hinder our service members from exercising their self defense rights. Create a national concealed carry reciprocity permit law for military, like LEOSA. Promote compromise through a tenable enhanced background checks system.

The logic used to justify these current restrictions is sensational and irrational, have since been disproven and dispelled, and have all but been ruled unconstitutional by our Nation's court system; local legislatures across the country have largely rescinded laws created from similar genesis.

Commanders should have ability to wear their side arm, and authorize subordinates to wear theirs while in performance of duties.

A federal preemption, or national permit would allow military the freedom to PCS.
