We are petitioning for a much needed reform to the Family Courts. Non-custodial parents are constantly being denied their rights to their minor children by the custodial parent and the courts are doing nothing about it. It has become a crisis of 'Legal Kidnapping'. Along these lines there is a growing epidemic called Parental Alienation and there is an organization devoted to the awareness of this problem, Parental Alienation Awareness Organization (http://www.paawareness.org/).
Parental Alienation is the deliberate acts by the custodial parent to withhold minor children from the non-custodial parent and even attempt to turn the child against the other parent. This is a matter that needs addressing immediately.
