We petition the administration to acknowledge that the family court system is severely flawed and biased favoring the mother. Shared parenting is becoming the normal outcome for custody arrangements; however, it is not being enforced by the courts.
We also petition the administration to acknowledge that Parental Alienation is real and is a growing problem in our society that needs to be addressed immediately. In many cases children are living without their fathers because of the actions of the mother, not because the father doesn't want to be involved. The courts do not provide any support for divorced fathers and this is a grave injustice.
We petition the administration to take action immediately to right these wrongs that are happening every day toward fathers.
