Remove the FDA's authority to prohibit the consumption of any food or drug. Drug addicts plague the US Prison system, and cost the citizens millions of tax dollars per year. Let them make their own mistakes. If they commit other crimes such as murder or rape under the influence of a controlled substance, let it be noted and make their punishment be more severe. The FDA should only be able to RECOMMEND you not consume certain products such as raw milk, flavored tobaccos, and narcotic drugs. Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, not the pursuit of a permit so you can be happy under certain legal limitations.
