Reform Fed. Regulation To Give Way To States Rights Re: Decriminal/Legalization/Taxation of Marihuana/Marijuana/Hemp

Created by S.P. on March 03, 2013

Reform federal laws to allow states rights the ability to freely legalize/decriminalize marijuana/marihuana/hemp and to allow taxation of these products as well as affiliated businesses such as dispensaries. This would allow states to relieve the strain on law enforcement and the judiciary that victimless marijuana crimes entail and would promote growth in hemp based industries which would in turn create more jobs.
