Reform federal civil forfeiture laws re: seizure of cash and property of Americans not charged with a crime.

Created by J.G. on October 13, 2014

Reform federal civil asset forfeiture laws, specifically, the seizure of cash and property of Americans not charged with a crime and the sharing of this property through the Justice Department's Equitable Sharing Program. Many local law enforcement agencies across the United States are using asset forfeiture dollars seized from Americans that were never charged with a crime. This is wrong and needs to be addressed.
