Reform the federal education system into one that focuses more on the student. STEP ONE.

Everyone that is a citizen of this country is entitled to a good education and that includes being taught different subjects in the best way students can understand (aka being taught by teachers who can teach the best learning style for the student, whether it be verbally or visually). Right now we have a disorganized system due to a one way for all type system. Not everyone has the same mindset. This onesizefitsall system needs to end and be reformed with students being able to understand material in the best way possible by teachers who can present the material within those styles). This would be done by giving students and teachers a test every year in which results would rank on the style and how each student learns material in class. By reforming, this would raise scores DRAMATICALLY.
