Reform federal elections using the Instant-Runoff method.

Unlike the traditional voting method, in which the candidate wins with the most votes regardless of whether 50% of the vote or more is reached. The Instant-Runoff method elects candidates, based on a combination of voter preference AND a pure majority without additional costly runoff elections, by eliminating each one with the least amount of preference-based (Such as Choice #1, #2, #3, etc.) votes in each round ONLY when neither candidate is counted with 50% or more of the vote. The process is then repeated in further rounds, until, either the elimination process narrows it down to two candidates OR if one of the rounds end with one of the candidates surpassing the 50% threshold needed to win the election. The voter can also choose not to pick any one of the candidates for ranking.
