Reform the Federal Income Tax system - institute a fair and simple income tax structure.

Created by G.W. on January 28, 2013

The United States Federal income tax code is needlessly complex and fundamentally flawed.
I propose the following tax code and petition the government to revise the US tax code to a similarly simple, reasonable and comprehensible form.

A single flat income tax rate of 20% on all income however derived; everyone pays the same incl. corporations.
Tax breaks apply only to real persons - all educational and necessary medical expenses are deductible (dollar for dollar) from taxes owed. ie: if you spend 20 percent of your income on medical expenses/education you owe no taxes. Tax breaks apply only to the limit of taxes owed in the same year. The End!
