Reform Federal Regulations that govern the sale of American Land to people of foreign origin that do not live in the USA

Created by L.S. on January 30, 2013

Being an American should allow us access to the dream of owning our own land. Much of our land is sold to business owners and other people who do not live in the USA. This allows these people to have something that their own government cannot touch.
While as a human being I feel empathy for these people as an American I should be able to afford one day if I work hard enough to own my own land. The abundance of land is diminishing with rich foreign investors and large companies buying most of it.
We ask that regulations are put into place that keeps most American soil owned by American Citizens thus keeping the American dream alive. If we must live in poverty and endure the financial hardships of the economy as Americans we should be entitled to having affordable land left to buy.
