We ask that a police force be made composed of a diverse range of citizens. The reelection of which would be in a similar manner to jury duty.
1. Ensures equality among the police force and population-
There shouldn't be a police force that is predominantly Caucasian in an area which is predominantly another ethnicity. When that happens it risks racial/class/etc. bias.
2. Job creation:
This would directly result in many jobs. These people selected would be trained and serve for about 1 year after training. Like jury duty, they would be paid.
3. Like how jury members are fair, the fact that police service is temporary enforces fairness for when they would no longer police.
