Americans have seen how cripple our legislative branch have become. Even bills that have significant majority approval by congressman and even higher general public support cannot pass through our ultra-partisan congress. A huge reason for this is the abuse of filibuster.
Filibuster rule has no place in our democracy, and it is clearly crippling our legislative branch, which in our modern time should be reacting quicker to changes in society not slower. Move to motion filibuster rule in senate unconstitutional, and a simple majority rule can eliminate this obstruction once and for all.
