Reform Financial Assistance to the poor so that those who are able, but do not work, or attempt to find work, do not receive any financial assistance. Those who apply for Financial Assistance must submit to detailed reports every three to six months of their progress in their work or attempts to find work. If they argue this to be an invasion of privacy, then they do not have to apply for Financial Assistance. If they truly need the money then they will agree to the requirements for Financial Assistance. A large number of applicants will require a large number of government workers to oversee the progress of all of the applicants. This will also create many jobs to help with the unemployment rate.
