The constitution is a formal agreement between the people and the government. This means that if the people disagree with their government, they have the right to reform or abolish it. So, we the people, propose that the constitution be abolished and a new constitution be proposed and voted on by the people of the United States. If this petition gets enough signatures, I will also create a petition with a proposed new constitution.
