Reform Government Accountability or Lack Of. Create New Statute of Limitation for the Poor and Disabled Seeking to Sue.

Created by D.C. on March 15, 2013

We ask the Obama administration to create a new Statute of Limitation for poor and disabled people, who have been abused by the system in any way. Such as, public defense, false imprisonment, false confessions, plea bargains, malicious prosecution, etc. That the law against bribes taken against any poor/disabled person not to represent them to their best, or not at all, by any lawyer or PD be a priority of punishment for them and restitution to their client. That judges upholding the practice of malicious prosecution be asked or made to step down. That there be no SOL against anyone found to have been unable to make competent decisions or lacking financial means to hire competent legal counsel at time of such case, to sue for damages incurred from not receiving adequate counsel.
