Reform government and regulatory policy to protect impoverished citizens from prosecutorial and judicial abuses.

Establish law to protect impoverished American parents and children and citizens' rights by enforcing county, city, state and federal offices to include public reporting of the abuses of prosecutorial cases, specifically on the withholding of the custody of children from their parents, foster care placements, misappropriation of trusts of children who are wards of the county or state; and to also establish metrics by which each abuse, false accusation, wrongful conviction, wrongful foster care placement, and misappropriation by such offices can and will be held accountable for "custodial alienation syndrome," and damages.
