Reform government No-Accountability and extend Statute of Limitations on lawsuits against Public Officials.

We petition the Obama administration to extend the Statute of Limitation on lawsuits for poor and Mentally Disabled people, who through the use of public defenders have experienced abuse by the system, such as false imprisonment, coerced confessions, plea bargains, malicious prosecution etc. Not excluding receipt of unconcerned or slothful council and thereby no receipt of a fair trial. That the law of bribes taken against any poor or disabled person, (whether their disability was temporary or permanent) by any lawyer or public defender be a priority of enforcement/punishment to them and restitution for their client. That judges upholding these practices be asked or made to resign. No SOL against anyone unable to make decisions or who lacks financial means to hire competent legal council.
