There is no reason for some government officials to be paid what they get. While easily making over 6 figures people all claim, "corporate fat cats and oil companies!!" Well, government is our problem. When each member of the house and senate make nearly $200,000 a year. Sure, there are a lot of taxpayers out there. But the money adds up. Government officials are concerned with the money in their pockets and their pockets only.
