All guns must me sold with a minimum of a cable-lock.
Shot guns and rim fire rifles: 18 y/o with background check
Bolt and lever action rifles: 18y/o NRA
FIRST Steps Rifle Orientation, Hunter safety class, or NRA Basic Rifle Shooting Course.
Semiautomatic Rifles: 21 y/o NRA Basic Rifle Shooting Course
Single shot pistols and Revolvers: 21 y/o NRA FIRST Steps Pistol Orientation, or NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course
Semiautomatic pistols: 21 y/o NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course
All courses must be offered at the local level by police department and a reasonable rate.
All need supplies must be provided by the department.
