Reform gun control to primarily regulate who purchases guns

I believe that limiting the types of guns available for purchase is limiting our Second Amendment Rights.
I urge the Obama Administration to focus primarily on limiting the people who are able to purchase guns based on mental evaluations and other key elements.
I would also urge the Administration to stop restricting weapon types and clip sizes - to a reasonable extent. These restrictions are limiting the self defense of law abiding citizens.
