1. Ban assault weapons and all ammunition magazines with greater than 6 shots
2. Require modification of weapons to make reloading more time-consuming
3. Limit the number of weapons each individual can legally possess
4. Require nationwide background checks for gun purchase
5. Require a 2 month waiting period for gun purchase
6. Require a mental health evaluation and gun safety training during the waiting period for gun purchase
7. Fund development of smart tasers as single user weapons for use by school staff
8. Fund improvement in mental health care insurance as part of Obamacare
9. Fund installation of auto-locking mechanisms and bullet-proof glass at school entrances
10. Fund installation of metal detectors outside school entrances that auto-lock entrance doors if metal is detected
