Require everyone who has or wishes to purchase a fire arm to go thru strict and comprehensive mental health screening, drug testing as well as gun classes and written test. Require that all gun owner be required to be reevaluated every 5 years for their right to bear fire arms. Require stricter screening before the purchase of a fire arm. Require all those in a home where a fire arm is located to be subjected to the same mental health screening to rule out gun access to those who will commit gun crimes.
