in light of our recent tragedy in Newport, CT I petition government (both Federal and state) to enact reform legislation which will reform current gun laws so that the general public (especially children in schools) are safer than than they are under current laws. The reforms should consider restrictions on gun ownership, access to guns especially to those with emotional issues.
