It simply does not make sense why the income of other people in your household, especially for those who already have insurance, determines how much an individual needs to pay for their own Obama Care insurance policy. Please sign this petition if you believe that a person's individual income (even if they are married) should be used to determine the cost of their health insurance instead of combined household income.
