Reform health care right way - make all health care charges by providers public and making common and financial sense.

Obamacare is focusing on younger, healthier people paying for older and sick. But it doesn't address the main issue of US health care - transparency and publicly posted price lists for medical services. Not only all hospitals and medical services providers have to be obligated to post their prices online and at other easily accessible places. This prices have to capped to a reasonable amount, i.e minor emergency room visit for a couple of hours cannot cost thousands of dollars, medication cannot cost $100, when in Mexico exactly the same one is just $10.
