Reform Health Care- through Infrastructure, Medical Scholarships, limiting free care to non-elective procedures. Other.

Created by D.R. on December 16, 2012

Initiate a better alternative to current health care policy by:

Establishing Federal/State funded hospitals as Infrastructure, much like public schools.

Create scholarship grants with a mandated period of service within said hospitals similar to the ROTC program for the military.

Provide free Non-elective Health Care, including one yearly checkup. Leave additional checkups, non-elective procedures, and those who wish to avoid waiting lists to private hospitals.

Force Private hospitals to publish their fees for all possible procedures in a publicly accessible data base for cost comparisons and consumer choice.

Keep Emergency Care available by supplementing the emergency programs of private hospitals.

Create similar Database showing Insurance providers fees, and covered procedures.
