The cost of higher education in America continues to sky rocket every year. Our society has focused on preaching to our children the importance of a higher education without educating them about the cost. President Obama a student who will finish high school in 2022 and go on to earn a 4 year degree without any assistance is looking at an estimated student loan debt of 160000 + with interest. Our education system is out of control and needs to be analyzed and reformed. These students will be paying that loan until they are in there sixties. Colleges and Universities continue to increase tuition on an annual basis by 3% to 6%. I urge you and your administration to look closely at this issue and come up with legislation that will save the next generation from financial ruin.
