Congress needs to change.The House of Representative are filled with members who have been re- elected numerous times. There should be a cap for members within HR for ten years, so that after their tenth year in office they can't be re-elected to congress. I would also add the amount of congressmen within the HR as per Article 1 , Section 2, clause 3 of the US Constitution. If not one member per 100,000
Furthermore, the pay of congress, both the House of Representatives and the Senate be reduced to compensate for the other elected officials that would be added as a result of the increased membership within the House of Representatives. So that the current amount of money paying for members of congress would remain the same, only the amount per Representative would change.
