Electoral College voting should be reformed to more accurately portray voting of American citizens.
In states like Nevada, rural Republican voters can feel powerless to the Democratic majority in Las Vegas. If the Electors were to be picked based on Congressional Districts, instead of by majority in the entire state, the Elector votes would more accurately represent the voters. Whichever party wins the most districts would then also gain the two Electors representing the Senate positions. In the case of a tie (both parties winning the same # of districts), the two "senate" Electors would be split between the parties. This way, citizens would not feel their vote means nothing in a state that would normally vote for the opposite party.
