Many visa applicants are denied visas from the decisions of consular officials without an opportunity to appeal their cases with legal representation. There are U.S. Embassies in countries where the applicant's spouse or attorney is not allow to attend the interview, causing confusion and miscommunication.
There should be a policy/law created to provide visa applicants the opportunity to appeal their case that has been denied by consular officers; thus, providing families with a sense of security, fairness, liberty, and justice.
