PROTESTING AN ILLEGAL DEMAND
I am perturbed by the constant ridiculous demands that arise whenever my K3 Visa application appears ready to be granted. My case number is NRB2009757038. I have been interviewed a record number 8 times within four years. All requirements have been duly fulfilled.
My complaint is that the USA consulate in Kenya has been obstinate with an absurd requests and silence. For the last six months my wife, attorney and myself have tried to establish contact without success. I believe I have all the fulfillments in the form of requisite waivers.
Questions then arise as to how did the Homeland Security clear my waivers i601 and i212 without checking on requirements and then sending me on a spurious wild goose chase on none existent demand?
