Reform Internet Service Providers and introduce free 10mb/s internet

As the part of the job of the Government of the United States is to protect the people of the United States from unfair business practices, and secure the blessings of liberty it is imperative that a bill be passed post haste to:
1 Destroy the system of monopolies that are Internet Service Providers in the United States, and introduce a more competitive and capitalist marketplace
2 Provide the whole population of the United States with free and unregulated access to high speed internet access (minimum 10 Mb/S upload and download).
3 recognize that these goals, when completed, must be done in a way that does not reduce on the current amount of freedom of speech available on the internet
4 the government show a picture of the top post on www.reddit.com/r/aww in a public place for all to see
